Join our manufacturing client as a CNC Supervisor responsible for leading the afternoon shift production team. You will operate CNC machines, oversee training, and ensure that production targets are met safely and efficiently. Your leadership will be key in solving operational issues and fostering a positive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate afternoon shift CNC production schedules
• Operate and perform setups on CNC machines
• Provide technical support and leadership to the team
• Conduct quality inspections per engineering standards
• Optimize labor allocation and machine utilization
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years experience in CNC machining
• Previous supervisory experience in fabrication preferred
• Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and inspection procedures
• OSHA certifications such as Lockout/Tagout are beneficial
Lead your team to success in CNC production with expertise and a focus on quality.
