Onsite Production Supervisor

Position: Onsite Production Supervisor Needed

The role of Fabrication Production Supervisor requires strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes, including CNC operations and tooling setups. Work with multiple departments to enhance production workflows and resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all aspects of fabrication operations and teams

• Lead workers to ensure workflow priorities are established

• Implement new processes and tooling for efficiency

Requirements:

• Manufacturing or Engineering degree preferred

• Extensive experience in metal fabrication processes

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Proficient in CNC machine programming and troubleshooting

• Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma experience is advantageous
