Magna Exteriors seeks a WCM Coordinator with a minimum of three years in manufacturing or quality engineering. You will support the deployment of World Class Manufacturing methodologies and drive process stability across the plant. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all production areas

• Develop and train on standardized work instructions

• Conduct daily audits and compliance inspections

• Lead Kaizen events and value stream mapping sessions

• Prepare weekly KPI reports and communication materials

Requirements:

• Minimum post-secondary education in Engineering or related field

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing
