Wonderbrands is seeking motivated team members for its Concord Bakery. This role emphasizes operational efficiency and teamwork with machine operators while ensuring products meet quality standards. You will be involved in packaging processes, minor troubleshooting, and maintaining workplace cleanliness in accordance with health and food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, sort, and package products efficiently

• Feed items to packaging machines and monitor quality

• Move completed stacks to designated locations

• Place finished products onto trays as needed

• Collaborate with operators to prevent line stoppages

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required

• Knowledge of OSHA, HACCP, and GMPs is an asset

• Basic computer and math skills

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly

• Forklift certification is a plus
