tk accelis Materials Plus seeks a dependable Metal Plate Saw Operator for customer-specific metal processing. You will follow work orders, verify dimensions, record production data, and support quality and lean manufacturing initiatives. The position requires equipment operation, inspection, and safe workplace practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Process metal products according to customer specifications
Set up and safely operate saws and equipment
Verify dimensions using approved measuring tools
Operate cranes, forklifts, and weighing scales
Maintain production, quality, and productivity logs
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
One to two years of machine operation experience
Material Handler certification or ability to obtain
Basic mathematics and English reading skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
Bring machine operation, measurement, and safety skills to metal processing at the Concord Plant during overnight production hours.
