Operate roto molding equipment at CMP in Vaughan, Ontario, using standard procedures, measuring tools, and safe production practices. Work full time, Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
This permanent manufacturing position supports CMP products across marine brands including Martyr, Rocna, Vulcan, and Dock Edge. The operator maintains production across roto molding machines, material mixing equipment, and the Pulverizer. Responsibilities include mold setup, cycle-time performance, inspections, traceability, and troubleshooting. Roto molding experience is considered an asset, while machine-operation experience is required.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate equipment and meet company production targets
- Read standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Open and close molds using impact guns and cranes
- Inspect products and report production non-conformance
- Maintain clean work areas, tools, and production records
- Two years’ machine operator experience in manufacturing
- Experience with roto molding considered an asset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Basic math and effective communication skills
- Quality cross-training and 6S training
