We are seeking a dynamic and creative Community Marketing Coordinator to join our innovative team who is passionate about all things PR, influencer marketing and social media. As a Community Marketing Coordinator, you will support the growth of our influencer marketing program thr ough paid and organic campaigns, retaining creator talent, and growing social media engagement. The Community Marketing Coordinator will be reporting to our Brand Communication & Marketing Manager.

- Brand Strategy & Communications
- Assist in the execution of brand communications strategies by supporting community-driven initiatives that align with overall business goals.
- Support GTM and brand campaign playbooks by facilitating grassroots and community-focused engagement tactics across social, digital, and influencer platforms.
- Help ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across community channels and touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the brand and content teams to source and amplify user-generated content and community stories that reflect brand values.
- Monitor community sentiment and trends, providing feedback and insights that inform brand strategy and campaign planning.
- Help build and nurture community programs (ambassadors, micro-influencers) to increase brand loyalty and advocacy.
- Press Coverage
- Assist in the planning and production of influencer, media, and community events and memorable moments as needed (i.e list curation, outreach and event product orders)
- Serve as support for the brand and global press agencies, ensuring seamless communication and coordination
- Influencer Marketing & Seeding
- Identify and onboard new creators across key platforms; maintain strong relationships with the NUDESTIX influencer community.
- Manage monthly seeding campaigns, including target lists, outreach, order processing, and follow-up.
- Support the Tik Tok Shop affiliate program: onboard creators, handle inbound requests, and maintain engagement.
- Build and manage the Tribe platform and coordinate with global PR for campaign setup and tracking.
- Track and report on Tribe and Tik Tok Shop campaigns, providing insights and recommendations against KPIs.
- Execute UGC campaigns for key moments: manage outreach, briefs, content delivery, and usage rights coordination.
- Place all influencer and marketing orders.
- Assist with social media community engagement.
- Brand Collaborations & Ambassador
- Assist in identifying and engaging micro-influencers, ambassadors, and passionate community members to support brand campaigns and collaborations.
- Support GWP or co-branded initiatives by helping promote through community channels and amplifying through social content.
- Help manage communication with community partners and grassroots collaborators to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of assets.
- Collaborate with the social, digital, and retail teams to spotlight community ambassadors and co-branded content across key platforms.
