Field Marketer

A leading staffing company is seeking a fluent English-speaking Field Marketer with experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving marketing efforts, establishing client relationships, and promoting staffing services in the local area. This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and implement marketing strategies that support business growth. A reliable car is required for local travel to networking events, job fairs, and client meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote staffing services.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, candidates, and key partners.
• Represent the company at local networking events, job fairs, and community outreach programs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and leads.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• Proven experience working as a Field Marketer or similar role in a staffing company.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with fluency in English.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships.
• Experience using CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
• Must have a reliable car for local travel.
