Reporting directly to the President, the Head of Brand and Marketing will shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, define the brand narrative and visual identity, and build a high‑performing team. Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 8–14 years of progressive experience in a direct‑to‑consumer business; background in real estate, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality preferred
  • Proven brand storyteller with a deep understanding of how to connect with audiences through lifestyle, community, and belonging
  • Equally adept at high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution
  • Skilled in managing external partners and cross‑functional collaboration
  • Fluent in digital platforms, social media, analytics, and content management systems
  • Demonstrated career growth with increasing leadership responsibility
