Reporting directly to the President, the Head of Brand and Marketing will shape and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, define the brand narrative and visual identity, and build a high‑performing team.

Ideal Candidate Profile
8–14 years of progressive experience in a direct‑to‑consumer business; background in real estate, lifestyle, retail, or hospitality preferred
Proven brand storyteller with a deep understanding of how to connect with audiences through lifestyle, community, and belonging
Equally adept at high‑level strategy and hands‑on execution
Skilled in managing external partners and cross‑functional collaboration
Fluent in digital platforms, social media, analytics, and content management systems
Demonstrated career growth with increasing leadership responsibility
