Director of Social Programs at Orthodox Non-Profit

Lead social program development and community initiatives with an Orthodox Jewish non-profit in Thornhill, ON. As the Manager of Social Programs & Development, you will be vital in community engagement and fundraising strategies.

In this senior role, you'll spearhead the mission by designing effective community programs and enhancing the reach among Russian-Speaking families. You should bring over 7 years of nonprofit leadership expertise, especially in successful community outreach and fundraising practices. Building long-term relationships with donors and external partners will be key.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of relevant nonprofit experience

• Success in fundraising and program management required

• Fluency in Russian is a significant advantage

• Familiarity with Ontario community resources essential

• Excellent leadership and budget management skills
