As a Specialty Pharma Nurse with Bayshore, you will manage infusion services and participate in clinical trials. This full-time position allows you to continuously develop nursing skills through specialized training in pharmacological treatments. You will collaborate closely with supervisors to optimize patient outcomes and participate in ongoing professional education.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop individualized nursing care plans for patients
• Conduct health assessments and educate on medication administration
• Obtain IV access via peripheral or central lines
• Administer specialized intravenous pharmacological treatments
• Document patient conditions and report adverse events
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent
• Current registration with a nursing regulatory body
• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications
• Experience with specialty pharmaceuticals preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
