Position: Registered Nurse for Geriatric Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with care directors on policy implementation

• Liaise with physicians and health care team members

• Coordinate nursing and services for residents

• Supervise Registered Practical Nurses and support workers

• Administer medications and document residents' conditions

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards

• Registered in good standing with provincial registry

• Background in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing

• Strong documentation and communication skills
