Bayshore Health Care seeks dedicated Nurse Practitioners for remote assignments lasting between 2 to 6 weeks. Enhance clinical skills, collaborate with diverse teams, and facilitate health promotion for all age demographics. Experience a fulfilling practice while making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate to provide primary and emergency care
• Create health promotion plans based on community needs
• Engage in patient assessments and care plan development
• Ensure safety and comfort of all clients under care
• Serve within nursing stations and health centers in teams
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited school
• Minimum experience of 1,125 hours as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active license in good standing
• Ability to work in remote and isolated locations
• Passion for equity, diversity, and community health initiatives
