This full-time Specialty Pharma Nurse role involves 30 hours of weekly responsibilities, delivering both injectable and oral treatments. Collaborate closely with your supervisors to enhance patient care by developing effective nursing plans and performing vital health assessments. Key Responsibilities:

• Review and implement individualized nursing care plans

• Conduct patient assessments and administer medication education

• Secure IV access using various techniques

• Prepare and give specialized intravenous medications

• Document patient conditions and related adverse events

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited program

• Positive standing with provincial nursing body

• Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications

• Acute care experience or specialty pharmaceuticals experience

• Strong patient advocacy and communication skills
