Key Responsibilities:

• Administer nursing care consistent with physician directives

• Ensure the delivery of top-notch nursing and personal care

• Cultivate a welcoming environment through teamwork

• Maintain ongoing assessment and communication with residents and families

• Supervise the assigned Personal Support Workers

Requirements:

• Current Registered Practical Nurse status with the Ontario College of Nurses

• Valuable experience in geriatrics and rehabilitation

• Strong judgment and risk assessment capabilities

• Legally eligible to work in Canada

• Successful completion of a Vulnerable Sector Check necessary
