Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver compassionate nursing care to elderly patients
• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals
• Administer medications in alignment with nursing standards

Requirements:
• Diploma in Registered Practical Nursing or equivalent
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work autonomously within nursing scope
