This role is ideal for experienced nurses holding a current CNO registration and a minimum of one year of acute care medical-surgical experience. As a part of the interprofessional team, your ability to exercise sound judgment and foster inclusive environments will enhance patient care quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage nursing workloads effectively during shifts
• Communicate with patients and families for quality care
• Follow evidence-based practice guidelines in care

Requirements:
• Active registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• A minimum of one year recent nursing experience
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
