The Vaughan Community Health Centre is seeking a dedicated Foot Care Nurse to join its team. This permanent, full-time role emphasizes patient assessment and education concerning chronic conditions such as diabetes. As a Foot Care Nurse, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and maintain compliance with public health standards, ensuring quality care for diverse communities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot assessments and create treatment plans

• Maintain sterilization protocols for tools and instruments

• Educate clients about care and prevention

• Communicate with clients and other healthcare providers

• Participate in interdisciplinary team efforts

Requirements:

• BScN from an accredited institution

• Certified Foot Care Nurse (CFCN) credential

• Minimum 2 years as a Foot Care Nurse

• Experience with EMR and wound care management

• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
