AgeCare Practical Nurse Position

Make a meaningful impact in residents' lives as a Registered Practical Nurse iver professional nursing care in a supportive long-term care environment while guiding Personal Support Workers.

In this Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) role, you will be instrumental in providing necessary nursing care while supervising and directing Personal Support Workers. Your contributions will enhance individualized care plans and engage with a dedicated health care team focused on residents' wellbeing. You'll be part of Canada’s largest provider of seniors housing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver nursing care and treatment to residents

• Oversee activities and performance of Personal Support Workers

• Implement personalized care and treatment plans

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team

• Ensure medication administration and teaching are conducted

Requirements:

• CNO certification and membership in good standing

• Familiarity with health care legislation and regulations

• Experience in caregiving roles and teamwork

• Ability to handle emotional and physical job demands

• Completion of COVID-19 vaccination prerequisites
