Elevate patient care as a Community Nurse with S.R.T. Med Staff. Utilize your skills to provide compassionate nursing services throughout Thornhill with flexible scheduling.
As part of our Community Visiting Nursing Program, you'll work closely with patients and their support networks to develop and execute effective care plans. This Registered Nurse role requires recent community experience and promotes patient safety while fostering a comfortable home environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patients and help create a personalized care plan
• Deliver nursing care per the established guidelines
• Adjust plans based on treatment effectiveness
• Advocate for patients' rights and safety
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
Requirements:
• Current Registered Nurse license in Ontario
• Minimum one year community nursing experience
• Excellent crisis resolution and communication abilities
• Current CPR (BCLS) certification; additional specialties as needed
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
