Your role involves direct patient care, medication administration, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans that promote resident health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct nursing care with compassion and accuracy
• Administer medications as per physician orders
• Assess and document changes in resident health
• Collaborate on care plans with healthcare team
• Supervise LVNs and CNAs ensuring quality standards
Requirements:
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
• Current CPR/BLLS certification
• Strong clinical assessment abilities
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred experience in skilled nursing or long-term care
