Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure adherence to nursing standards and client care policies

• Assess and monitor resident care plans effectively

• Supervise and evaluate nursing staff performance

• Conduct performance appraisals and address issues promptly

• Provide direction in the absence of the Director of Care

Requirements:

• Current nursing certificate for the province

• Registered or eligible for registration as a nurse

• Previous experience in community or long-term care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Creative problem-solving abilities
