Key Responsibilities:
• Implement Age Care policies alongside the Registered Nurse
• Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare partners
• Ensure residents' needs are met through teamwork
• Direct Personal Support Workers for optimal care
• Participate in shift reporting to keep the team informed
Requirements:
• Knowledge of geriatric and long-term care nursing
• Familiarity with relevant Acts and Regulations
• Current Certificate of Competence from Ontario College of Nurses
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
