• Address issues respectfully, with effective solutions
• Exercise sound judgment based on best practices
• Uphold safety standards for patients and staff
• Collaborate with the care team for holistic care
Requirements:
• Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• 5 years’ experience in Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis
• Nephrology Nursing Certificate (C Neph
C)
• Proficient in electronic medical records
• Commitment to continuous learning and development
