Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nursing care aligned with resident care needs
• Implement policies and collaborate with health care staff
• Support the nursing team with procedural revisions
• Notify physicians of changes in residents’ health status
• Direct and supervise Personal Support Workers' activities
Requirements:
• Valid Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses Ontario
• Experience in geriatric or rehabilitation nursing
• Understanding of health acts and standards of practice
• Effective communication within health care teams
• Dedication to fostering meaningful resident relationships
