Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate nursing and resident services within the neighbourhood
• Lead shift report for health care team updates
• Document changes in resident conditions accurately
• Process physician orders promptly, communicating issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Experience in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Knowledge of relevant health legislation and standards
• Registration with provincial nursing registry
• Strong commitment to resident safety and care quality
