As a key member of the care team, you will report directly to the Director of Care and play a vital role in delivering personalized care to residents. This position requires providing nursing services in line with established policies and fostering a supportive atmosphere among staff and families. Your expertise in geriatric care will significantly enhance the quality of life for our seniors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver nursing care per established policies and resident care plans
• Ensure excellent nursing and personal care delivery
• Collaborate within a supportive teamwork structure
• Communicate effectively with residents and their families
• Supervise Personal Support Workers and team members
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Preferred experience in geriatrics and senior health
• Strong judgment and risk identification skills
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
• Successful completion of background checks
