As a dedicated Registered Practical Nurse (RPN), you will mentor Personal Support Workers and coordinate individualized care plans within a premier retirement community. Your leadership will inspire the wellness team while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance in a vibrant setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor PSWs and coordinate staffing schedules
• Develop and oversee individualized care plans
• Conduct wellness assessments and care conferences
• Administer medications and manage compliance
• Promote a safe and healthy environment for residents
Requirements:
• RPN license in good standing with Ontario
• 5+ years of senior care nursing experience
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
