BSO Nurse Leader: Dementia Care & Quality
Extendicare Sherwood Court in Maple, Ontario, seeks a skilled BSO (Registered Practical Nurse) to lead interdisciplinary teams and advance dementia care within a busy long‑term care home. You will coordinate committees, ensure accurate reporting, and guide staff through responsive behaviours management.
You bring RPN status in good standing, CPR/First Aid, and a strong track record in geriatric care, with excellent communication and leadership abilities.
