You will provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care according to provincial standards. The role emphasizes personalized services, trusted relationships, and accurate clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide planned nursing care under provincial standards
- Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and teams
- Implement and evaluate resident care plans
- Complete accurate clinical assessments and documentation
- Teach, delegate, and coach unregulated care providers
- Current provincial Registered Practical Nurse registration
- Sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
- Strong written, oral, organizational, and time management skills
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Support Cogir residents through compassionate nursing, care planning, clinical documentation, and collaborative communication.
