Cogir Senior Living seeks Registered Practical Nurses for resident-centred care across independent living, assisted living, and memory care. You will provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed nursing care according to provincial standards. Key Responsibilities:
Provide planned nursing care under provincial standards
Build trusted relationships with residents, families, and teams
Implement and evaluate resident care plans
Complete accurate clinical assessments and documentation
Teach, delegate, and coach unregulated care providers
Requirements:
Current provincial Registered Practical Nurse registration
Sound clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills
Strong written, oral, organizational, and time management skills
Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support and First Aid certification
Support Cogir residents through compassionate nursing, care planning, clinical documentation, and collaborative communication.
