Bayshore Health Care is seeking Registered Practical Nurses for its Complex Care Branch. This casual position provides nursing services in clients’ homes across Cornwall, Ontario. You will tailor care to preferences while promoting comfort, reliable support, independence, and dignity.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver compassionate nursing care in clients’ homes
- Ensure care reflects unique client needs and preferences
- Support patients’ health outcomes and emotional well-being
- Help patients maintain independence and dignity
- Develop trusted relationships with patients and families
- Education from an accredited or recognized School of Nursing
- Registered Practical Nurse registration with applicable provincial licensing body
- Registration must remain in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
