You will work closely with the HSE Manager and a dedicated field team to lead safety initiatives and maintain documentation compliance. This role demands strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple safety projects simultaneously to foster a secure workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver safety orientations and training for all contractors
• Keep HSE documents accurate and up-to-date
• Conduct safety audits and compliance assessments
• Interface with contractors on HSE-related standards
• Assist in emergency response plan implementation
Requirements:
• Preferred certification in Occupational Health and Safety
• At least 5 years of experience in an HSE role
• Certifications (H2S, WHMIS, CSTS or GSO)
• Proficient in database and reporting applications
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
Lead the charge in maintaining HSE compliance at CNOOC, ensuring a safe working environment for all stakeholders.
