In this full-time role, you will coordinate audits, identify compliance gaps, and support continuous quality improvement across services. The position demands excellence in monitoring adherence to standards while working alongside the operations team to promote effective documentation practices. Your expertise will guide the organization in aligning with Ministry requirements and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and execute internal audits across service areas
• Monitor compliance with Individual Support Plans
• Facilitate accreditation readiness and evidence submission
• Develop corrective actions for compliance risks
• Conduct ongoing audits to refine processes
Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Services or related field
• 3–5 years’ experience in developmental services
• Familiarity with QAM and accreditation processes
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Proficient with Share Vision systems
