- Develop and conduct production, inventory and quality assurance programs
- Inspect processes
- Conduct work measurement or other studies
- Collect and compile operational or experimental data
- Collect and analyze data and samples
- Assist in preparing estimates, schedules, specifications and reports
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience - Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years - Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Windows
- Area of specialization:
Development of quality assurance programs;
Work planning, estimating, measuring and scheduling - Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses:
Certification by a provincial or territorial association
- On site work must be completed at the physical location; remote work is not available
- Fast-paced environment; work under pressure; attention to detail
- Ability to distinguish colours; sitting; combination of sitting, standing, walking; standing for extended periods
- Languages:
English - Education:
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years; or equivalent experience
- Security and safety:
Criminal record check - Transportation/travel information:
Travel expenses not paid by employer;
Public transportation is available
