Take charge as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at a BRCGS-certified facility focused on food safety. Ensure compliance with key standards while leading a dedicated QA team.
In this vital role, you will oversee daily activities related to food safety and product compliance. Your expertise will guide the QA technicians and line auditors while emphasizing the importance of continuous improvement and safety culture. The successful candidate will collaborate across departments to drive quality initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure readiness for certification audits and inspections
• Supervise QA operations during sanitation shifts
• Conduct regular audits of quality processes
• Investigate and resolve product quality issues
• Support training initiatives on food safety standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or similar
• Minimum 3-5 years in food QA roles
• 1-2 years in a supervisory role preferred
• Experience in GFSI-certified environments is essential
• Strong knowledge of HACCP and GMP methodologies
