BRCGS Certified QA Supervisor

Position: BRCGS Certified QA Supervisor Role
Step into the role of QA Supervisor in a BRCGS-certified food manufacturing facility focused on quality assurance and food safety oversight. Lead initiatives in compliance and product integrity.

You will manage the quality assurance process, ensuring adherence to BRCGS, CFIA, and FDA regulations as well as HACCP principles. This role involves supervising QA technicians and resolving product quality issues while fostering continuous improvement within the team. Your leadership will influence the overall quality culture and operational success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead compliance with food safety standards and regulations

• Direct QA technicians during production and sanitize shifts

• Evaluate product quality metrics including sensory evaluation

• Drive corrective actions for identified non-conformances

• Implement training programs for food safety knowledge

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or related discipline

• 3–5 years of QA experience in the food sector

• Leadership experience preferred in QA functions

• Experience in a GFSI-certified facility required

• Expertise in traceability and recall systems
