Position: Project Quality Assurance Manager )

Be the driving force behind quality at Plan Group as a Project Quality Assurance Manager. Elevate your career by guiding teams and implementing robust QAQC processes for successful projects. As a key QAQC Manager, you will take ownership of the QA/QC initiatives across projects, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and project specifications.

You will collaborate closely with site leadership, manage inspections, and handle documentation critical to effective quality management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead project QA/QC programs and drive compliance
Evaluate and validate technical drawings against quality standards
Supervise onsite commissioning and quality assurance processes
Facilitate inspections and audits to uphold project standards
Document inspections and address any quality issues

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of QA/QC experience in construction
Degree in engineering technology or related disciplines
Familiarity with QA/QC software and tools
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Attention to detail in quick-paced environments
