Quality Assurance Technician

Position: Quality Assurance Technician at Gracious Living

At Gracious Living, we are seeking a skilled QA Technician with a minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for maintaining inspection records, performing first-off verifications, and conducting in-process inspections. Effective communication and decision-making skills will be essential as you work with production teams to contain non-conforming materials and execute necessary quality checks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform first-off and in-process inspections to maintain records

• Collect test samples and execute product testing

• Notify team of non-conforming materials using NCR & Hold Labels

• Maintain QA laboratory and manage label inventory

• Document packaging and colourant transactions daily

Requirements:

• Minimum two years in Quality Assurance on plant floor

• Strong English communication skills

• Understanding of manufacturing quality systems

• Knowledge of MS Office;
Excel, Word, Outlook

• Self-starter capable of working independently
