Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the adherence to ISO
9001/AS9100 Quality Management System
• Prepare for and coordinate external and customer audits
• Resolve supplier non-conformance issues effectively
• Lead internal audits and follow up on corrective actions
• Conduct quality management training and maintain employee records
Requirements:
• Experience managing quality in aviation, ISO
9001/AS9100 certification
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to analyze and improve quality metrics
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Effective communicator and team motivator
