Support top-tier quality practices as a Quality Assurance Assistant at Stage Windows & Doors in Vaughan. This on-site, full-time position involves inspections, defect analysis, and training staff on quality standards.
As a pivotal member of our quality assurance team, you will focus on maintaining high-quality standards for our custom window and door solutions.
Your role includes monitoring production compliance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and educating operators on SOPs. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives is essential to meet our commitment to customer satisfaction and product excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct quality inspections on the production floor
• Interact with line employees to resolve quality issues
• Document and track quality-related metrics
• Educate team members on quality assurance practices
• Collaborate with suppliers on quality concerns
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of relevant Quality Assurance experience
• Strong knowledge of quality control processes
• Excellent reporting skills using Microsoft Office
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach
