High Performance Glazing is seeking a driven and experienced QA/QC Lead to champion quality assurance and control initiatives. This hands‑on role is key to maintaining our high-quality standards, ensuring compliance, and driving continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in QA/QC from a manufacturing or industrial environment ideally in the glass industry and is eager to take ownership of systems and processes that ensure excellence in every product we deliver.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and help implement the company’s QA/QC program.
  • Establish, document, and uphold quality standards in alignment with customer requirements and industry regulations.
  • Perform regular audits and inspections to monitor production quality and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage QA/QC documentation: SOPs, non-conformance reports, corrective actions, and training logs.
  • Collaborate with production and management teams to resolve quality issues through root-cause analysis.
  • Conduct training for staff on quality protocols, standards, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Track and report on key quality metrics; contribute to improvement plans based on findings.
  • Coordinate with third-party inspectors and certification bodies when needed.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in QA/QC within a manufacturing or industrial setting; glass industry experience is a strong asset.
  • Proven success in leading quality assurance/control efforts or supporting QA/QC programs.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and industry best practices.
  • Comfortable working with quality data tracking/reporting tools
  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or a related field preferred.
