Position: Quality Engineer for Entrematic NA
Shape quality management at Entrematic NA as a Quality Engineer. This 12-month contract role demands expertise in quality assurance and a keen focus on customer perceptions of quality.

As a Quality Engineer located in Vaughan, Canada, you will lead the development of the Record NA quality management system. Collaborate with the Vaughan Plant Manager and the PEDESTRIAN NA Quality Manager to define and implement quality strategies.

Your role also includes mentoring teams and ensuring continuous improvement across processes, practices, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage quality assurance processes

• Develop and mentor teams for future growth

• Communicate quality awareness across the organization

• Document quality issues using BC365 ERP system

• Manage findings from internal and external audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience

• Minimum 3-5 years in a quality organization

• Proficient in English; other languages a plus

• Skilled in quality management systems

• Experience with digital tools in quality management
