Quality Assurance Engineer

Position: Quality Assurance Engineer Contract Role
Take charge of quality assurance as a Quality Engineer at Entrematic NA on a 12-month contract. Focus on enhancing customer perceived quality in a collaborative environment.

This role, based in Vaughan, Canada, requires a proactive approach to managing the Record NA quality management system. You will work closely with the Vaughan Plant Manager to establish the strategic direction and contribute to quality excellence. Mentoring teams and driving process improvements are key aspects of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute quality assurance strategies

• Lead documentation and resolution of quality claims

• Facilitate training to boost quality awareness

• Collaborate with certification bodies for compliance

• Analyze and drive continuous quality improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

• 3-5 years' experience in complex supply chains

• Proficient in office tools and quality management systems

• Strong communication skills in English

• Familiar with claims handling applications
