Step into a full-time role as a Lab Supervisor with All Rock Consulting, a leader in geotechnical materials engineering in Ontario. Oversee laboratory operations and ensure high quality in testing procedures.

As Laboratory Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating a team of technical staff while managing daily laboratory operations. Your expertise in materials testing standards and quality control will drive successful project outcomes.

Your role includes liaising with clients and ensuring laboratory efficiency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and workload planning

• Conduct a range of material tests, including compressive strength

• Maintain laboratory quality and compliance standards

• Support technician training and resource planning

• Ensure accurate laboratory record keeping

Requirements:

• Three-year accredited Technician or Technologist diploma

• Minimum four years of relevant experience

• Supervisor experience for at least two years

• Strong knowledge of testing standards

• Ability to handle samples up to 25 kg regularly
