This role demands 5 years of specialized experience in composite manufacturing and quality assurance. You will be responsible for conducting visual inspections, managing inspection documentation, and leading root cause analysis to mitigate nonconformities. Key Responsibilities:
• Inspect composites for quality and compliance standards
• Verify tooling validity and component installation
• Engage in root cause analysis for quality improvement
• Develop and oversee inspection strategies and records
• Lead training sessions for internal staff
Requirements:
• College diploma in a related field or relevant work experience
• 5 years of experience in composite manufacturing
• Familiarity with NDT and Ultrasonic Inspection is a plus
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and time management capabilities
