Thyssen Mining seeks a QA/QC Project Coordinator to facilitate quality assurance and control across project life cycles. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and contractors to adhere to specifications and quality expectations. Your expertise will be crucial in monitoring compliance, documenting procedures, and promoting continuous improvement in quality practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate QA/QC activities per project plans and specifications
• Maintain and develop quality plans and documentation
• Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
• Track and close deficiencies, corrective actions, and NCRs
• Prepare and maintain quality status reports
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Engineering or related field
• Experience in QA/QC or construction environments
• Knowledge of inspection and document control processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical documentation
• Strong organizational and communication skills
Excel in maintaining quality, compliance, and successful project delivery at Thyssen Mining.
