Ensure food safety and quality as a Quality Control Technician us on hygiene standards, product conformity, and ongoing improvements within a dedicated team.
As part of Leclerc’s quality assurance team, you will report to the Quality Director and work on maintaining high hygiene and product standards. Your responsibilities include conducting analyses, assisting production teams, and engaging in continuous improvement initiatives. This role demands strong communication skills and a commitment to quality in food processing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and verify product quality regularly
• Enforce compliance with sanitation standards
• Help solve quality issues in production
• Investigate both internal and external complaints
• Support new product initiatives with R&D
Requirements:
• Diploma in Food Quality Technology or Dietetics
• Experience in food manufacturing
• Strong French and English communication skills
• Good judgment and responsibility
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities
