As part of Mircom’s commitment to excellent product quality, the AOI Inspection Operator verifies inspection results generated by the PARMI system. This full-time night shift role requires meticulous attention to detail, as operators review defect calls, conduct manual inspections, and support quality compliance according to IPC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Verify AOI inspection results for assembly defects
• Review machine-generated defects for accuracy
• Perform manual visual inspections when needed
• Conduct minor repairs on circuit boards
• Hand solder electronic components onto PCB assemblies
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) systems
• Knowledge of IPC standards and electronics manufacturing
• Strong visual inspection and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to work in a team and independently
